Exceptional jersey

Order placed and paid for 3 items.
1st package lost (it can happen) 2nd package sent, and here is the problem, only one item in the bag (the cheapest of the order) I am struggling with them. They tell me that the package left complete from there (recorded weight in their warehouse 1.76kg) the package in France before delivery is recorded at 0.5kg I am missing 2 items, they don't want to hear anything, and even threaten to file a complaint because I opened a dispute with PayPal (payment method). Very dishonest. There was indeed a problem, and they don't want to hear anything. Meanwhile, I paid for several items and only received one.
