Printer received on schedule, intact packaging, no problem. I only installed it today because I was on vacation.

Unprepared after-sales assistance
I state that I am a private customer who made a purchase from yeppon with a delivery date of 12/11/2024. On 12/16/2024 (within 14 days of delivery) I returned 2 items but today 1/3/2025 I was denied the possibility of making the return and obtaining the relative refund because having requested an invoice I was treated like a professional/company. I don't think I was guaranteed the right of withdrawal in violation of article 52 of the consumer code.

Recommended site for online purchases. I bought on December 1st (a dryer. Delivered the following Wednesday. They sent me several emails to check the status of the order and delivery. Fully satisfied

Excellent experience on all fronts
Purchased a washing machine and a refrigerator with collection at their headquarters. The prices were very competitive and the availability for collection was given even earlier than expected when ordering. No queue for collection (to be honest I went both times at times that were not particularly busy) and very friendly staff. I can only recommend this company.
