I ordered bedside tables from this...
I ordered bedside tables from this online store. Purchase completed on September 7, 2024, package delivered on November 11, 2024. The package contained two bedside tables of very poor quality and broken due to poor packaging that did not protect the contents of the box. I asked for a full refund from the seller via Paypal but to date they only offer a partial refund of about 50% of the purchase price. Long and disastrous experience, I absolutely do not recommend this seller

Ordered two sets of bedside drawers to the U.K. with an estimated wait of 2 weeks. Heard nothing at all from the company post order. Had to chase for a while until they told us delivery would take longer as we were abroad from them. At first, they told us they were based in Germany before then telling us they were based in China.
I’ve had to none stop chase for weeks to even get a tracking number for our item.
Our products have arrived today, 43 days later. Drawers are broken, smaller and different than described (it says wood, it’s wood covered in cheap fabric). I have photographic evidence of this.
Chased them for a refund but they insisted on me shipping back to China (over £140). Utterly disgusting as advertise themselves as a Europe based business.
Once I had paid, they told me they didn’t want the items back anymore. Still refusing full refund and going through a process with PayPal.
This business is actually a registered light shade company in China.
Please do not order from this site!!!!
