Cancelling PSplus is impossible! Never again
PlayStation plus subscription completed, twelve euros per month are now regularly debited and I can't find a way to cancel anywhere. Every link leads nowhere, a cycle of clicks, and I always end up at the starting point. Customer service not reachable, all pages in no way lead to any result. Despite having a high school diploma and a completed degree, I feel absolutely helpless right now. Really bad!

Currently on day 3 of trying to get a refund for a game (really bad one too) that they sneakily added to cart before paying. Probably the worst online experience we have ever had. The only way to contact is via online support. Each and every time they make you put in all your details then you get to the end and they tell you there are no agents available and it all starts again.
Was really surprised with the service
Wow, did not expect such a service and functionality from SPS. It's a big company but treats customers like s$$$t. Customer support in the chat - separate story, closing the chat before i finished asking questions. Rate support button doesn't work - you really do not care about your support level and customer satisfaction.
Double Purchase
Accidentaly Purchased something twice because of a mistake and as I clicked download on both copies my refund was refused. The amount is small but they already received my money twice for the same thing. Sony truly does not care about their consumers and it feels like they are using automated systems to handle issues.

30 refund policy not extended over festive period...so be careful or avoid if buying gifts. Bought Christmas gift item and delivered on the 25th November. Upon opening on Christmas day (25th December), item not wanted but can not return because PlayStation only has 30 days refund policy regardless of holidays/festive season.

I have already gone through several customer support matters with various companies and although many experiences were abysmal, I never had the need to write a review until I met Sony's PlayStation Support. No response to email inquiries. Telephone contact only possible with a call center, which cannot solve real problems, but only forwards them to the real Sony Support. When an email from the real Sony Support arrives, it is only with a no-reply email address. This is the absolute highlight for me so far. Just enough that I don't feel cheated, but I don't feel taken seriously, but brushed off.

the store was not allowing me to restore purchases i had before, literally the agents would make stuff up so you leave. i had a game claimed digitally (through subscription which works as long as sub is active) and qualified for ps5 free upgrade but for some reason their stuff dont work, took me 2 months of constant calling and them saying wait 5 days every time but still nothing. On christmas eve their not so bright agent removed the digital licence of my game so i not only cant upgrade the game i cannot even play ps4 version i could before no one wants to accept responsibility as if you ask for a manager they change subject or quickly leave chat. complete scam
Shame on the refund delay
I made a purchase on playstation of some covers for the PS5 console on December 1st, the delivery of 3 to 5 days was not fulfilled, several days after the delivery the delivery man stopped at my door and didn't even ring the doorbell, he left it at a collection point, I returned the item it was received on the 23rd it is a shame to have to wait 7 days and another 10 to receive the money back it was and is the last time I buy anything on playstation. I want the money back don't make me wait any longer if you have already received the product pay the amount in question ......
Theft
I bought £350 vouchers for Playstaion Network assuming they would cover all areas of playstaion store. They let you build up an online wallet. Only to find out online the wallet is capped at £300. Already im £50 short of what need for PSVR2! I thought that's fine I'll use my bank card and I'll easy spend £50 on games at a later date. When I try to purchase what I've already paid for through playstaion store it doesn't even give the option to use your wallet just your bank card. Playstaion now have my money but won't let me use it for what I would like to purchase. Playstaion have taken my money without providing goods or services. No matter what small print written, this is wrong and theft.
