They did a great Job
Unlike the support provided by other gateways like Stripe, PayPal, Easypay, and similar services, the technical support from Mollie is truly efficient. This is especially evident because they managed to activate our account in a record time of just 3 days, despite the Christmas holidays. This approach benefits them as well, as they actively work to resolve issues instead of leaving them unresolved, thereby reducing the backlog of customer support complaints. This is how Stripe's team should operate, but unfortunately, they don’t.

Perfect for any business!
I have been using Mollie for my payment processing since 2022 and never had any issues (although to be fair, there have been some outages and issues, but I personally wasn't affected by this).
I always receive my money on time and everything is easy to manage.
Mollie is MUCH cheaper than any of the other popular options such as PayPal and Stripe. It's a shame it has less integrations than those options. Hopefully they'll continue to expand in coming years.
Recently I needed support for a query, John helped me and got what I needed really quickly - even though it's Holiday Season. Thank you!

Friendly and fast help telephone support!
I have been using Mollie as an entrepreneur for years, and every time I am spoken to fantastically. I hope Mollie never ever switches to a chatbot or chat function. Telephone contact is worth gold for a customer! Thanks to the quick action of a Mollie employee (Levi), I didn't have to miss out on any turnover, my gratitude is great!
