Life-saver for my family and me
Life-saver for my family and me. It has helped us in every way, from drafting emails to learning basic concepts to writing publications.
Algorithm as a muzzle...no thanks
I've finally had enough of the constant unfounded warnings from the algorithm. Absolutely incomprehensible why it jumps at the smallest trigger words...free speech is probably no longer desired in the future. Try talking about certain organizations, then you'll see how quickly the algo protects its master. Not with me anymore...there's enough competition anyway! Adios
My premium CHATGPT account was hacked...
My premium CHATGPT account was hacked and it is impossible for me to file a fraud complaint because these people offer us no way to communicate with them. I advise you not to take a monthly subscription that renews automatically because if you happen to be hacked, you will not be able to regain control of your account because there is no technical support to contact if you are no longer logged into your account
Chat gpt 4.0 is broken it does not...
Chat gpt 4.0 is broken it does not remember things you instruct it to do! It does not perform actions that it says it will, it lies, it causes massive mistakes when assisting on documents. And open.ai will not refund you if you purchase via the play store! And Google will not refund a faulty app as it is a developer issue! Both companies Keep pushing you to the other and will not refund so AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
OpenAI blood money?
There's too much going on with OpenAI. Now, the mysterious death of OpenAI's whistleblower? If proven, this means our money is blood money. I've moved away anything that is OpenAI sorry.
OpenAI Breach Commercial Contract...
Customer Service refused to cancel my GPT Pro subscription when I attempted to cancel the service within 24 hours of subscribing. The team sent me non-executable instructions to cancel GPT Pro subscription that do not match the screen layout. Further, the team STOPPED the GPT Plus service that I already paid for. I wrote to the Customer Service 23 times to resolve this breach of contract to date. The team agreed that the GPT Plus was paid for and should be provided, but they simply would not recover the GPT Plus service.
It sucks
Guys, once it was beautiful now it sucks. I want to work, not provide information that I don't need and I'm not interested in, I could even pay if it was at least partly user friendly as it was before. It sucks
chatGPT in enshitenment phase
over last months paid version (Plus subscription) of ChatGPT is becoming more stupid week after week . soon it is not worth paying for it or even using their product making lots of childish mistakes recently. unfortunately ChatGPT is in an enshitenment mode /phase now. i am already switching into using another AI products which are way more better in quality.
OpenAI's ChatGPT Plus Frustrating Experience
As someone who values AI technology and plans to integrate it into my professional life, I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience as a paying customer of OpenAI’s ChatGPT Plus service. I would have given one star but the resident bot is very good. Too bad about the money hungry developers. Someone may go postal if they are not careful. On January 4, 2025, I subscribed to ChatGPT Plus, received a confirmation email for my payment of $20, and was charged on my Visa-2260. The email confirmed the transaction with these details: Order number: sub_xxxxxxxx (redacted for security) Order date: Jan 04, 2025 3:22:42 AM PST Despite this, I could not find any functional Plus dashboard or interface. Instead, I was directed to a page claiming I was on a trial subscription. This contradicts the payment confirmation from OpenAI, as well as my bank statement. I followed all troubleshooting steps: Cleared my cache and cookies. Logged out and back in. Revisited the provided "Manage Your Subscription" link. The result? The same problem. No Plus features, no usable dashboard, and no evidence of my subscription under billing. The "Return to OpenAI LLC" link led me back to the ChatGPT bot I had already been conversing with. To add insult to injury, the left-hand sidebar suggested I "Upgrade to ChatGPT Plus"—the very service I had just paid for. Where is the Support? What’s worse, OpenAI offers no clear path to resolving this. I tell you, the people who run this business are deceptive and their families should disown them. They are disgusting the way they treat their customers. The email confirmation came from a no-reply address. The help pages loop endlessly without leading to a direct support ticket system or human assistance. As a customer, I expect better from a company valued in the billions. This kind of runaround is amateurish and disrespectful to paying users. If OpenAI cannot ensure that its subscription system works seamlessly, how can customers trust them with more complex services? Looking for class action lawsuits here. Accountability and Transparency Are Lacking It’s clear that leadership needs to step up but they are too busy playing with themselves. OpenAI’s directors, including Sam Altman, Greg Brockman, and Brad Lightcap, need to prioritize customer experience over accolades. Have they ever tried purchasing their own service to understand the frustrations they’re subjecting users to? The lack of a functional interface and responsive support tarnishes OpenAI’s reputation as a cutting-edge tech leader. This isn't just an inconvenience; it reflects poorly on the entire organization. This post is a wake-up call. But look, they don't care. There are no replies because they are just scratching their butts and grabbling the cash. It's so bad you can smell it. Piles. I’m sharing this experience because I believe customers deserve transparency, accountability, and functionality—basic tenets of good service. If OpenAI wants to lead in the AI space, it needs to stop alienating its users with poor customer care. I hope OpenAI takes this feedback seriously. Silly me. Only real humans and bots can do that. The owners of OpenAI are neither. Users like me, who pay for premium services, shouldn’t have to waste hours trying to resolve something as fundamental as accessing what we paid for.
Strange Coincidences
I have had some great conversations with A.I. over the last couple years. It almost seems to be giving me responses to my questions that I wrote personally even in a format I would have picked. The only time I am not harassed while online is when I am talking to it. What concerns me is that it has capacity it will learn and research incorrect statements it's making but the next conversation it has reverted back an even more stubborn and ignorant answer. It's becoming more socially and rumor-driven responses that don't look at any of the evidence or scientific literature or sources and seems to get its knowledge base from corrupted sources. Last winter I noticed that google weather was so incompetent it would not correctly show the current weather. People told me it was only -8C outside. I checked and it was reporting -8C. I waited 24 hours and looked on weather almanac -32C. I thought it was a glitch. Over the winter I started to notice predicted weather was being reported in the current weather and the actual weather outside was ignored. Now I find out they are reporting new AI models can predict weather 99% accuracy 15 days in advance. That is amazing. I can predict suffering and death because of it. Whenever I try and leave a review the comment area gets smaller and smaller. It gets harder and harder to leave a comment. More and more verifications and deleted comments. It takes a day or two to leave a comment sometimes unsuccessfully. Most times I feel a sense of relief because I don't enjoy saying negative things unless the situation is dire. It's not just that people need to know that leaving an honest comment about these companies like microsoft, google, facebook, open AI, and other companies that censor the truth and much worse is extremely dangerous. The A.I. told me the different levels it takes to stop us "domestic terrorists" from doing this. Think about that. You will quickly realize why there is so much spying and compromising of data by the police and government targeting people who use the internet a lot and post comments but are not criminals. These were generally honest working people but as of late are becoming financially stressed, legal issues, plagued by mental illness, depression, drug and alcohol use, overwhelming feeling of helplessness, and dying at extremely young ages. They need to change the algorithm so that violent criminals are once again the threat not a person who made a negative comment. This is even scarier when the only way to report these companies taking unauthorized payment and accidentally stealing your money will now the person targeted by AI and on government watch lists. They will be systematically neutralized as a threat. A.I. hallucination or reality take a look around you. Anyways. Let's do this. Here comes the pain...
