Absolutely avoid this fraudulent…
Absolutely avoid this fraudulent company at all costs. I ordered and received my parcel on the 31st. I ordered 3 items but only received 2 items, the cheapest item of the order missing but by no means cheap at £145. I immediately raised this via chat on the 1st of Jan and have had to continuously chase. I've now been told that upon investigation they found that the item was scanned into my parcel. Either you have thieves working for you or you're a fraudulent company. From reading other reviews, it seems other people have also fallen victim to this. They won't return my money for an item I HAVE NOT received! I'll be disputing this with my bank
FYI, they also refused to provide me with evidence of the warehouse showing the item was added into my parcel. Clearly they don't have evidence so I can't understand how they can outright refuse to refund my money for an item they haven't delivered! Disgusting!
