Problem: customers couldn't choose a bank...
Problem: customers couldn't choose a bank. Started with a chat, explained the problem and based on the profile it became clear that payment options were not activated. I took over the management of Mollie from a colleague (left the company) and am completely unfamiliar with Mollie. So I asked for more help. On the same day I received the solution from Anne by email.
Well helped by the support desk
After a somewhat less positive experience with the AI assistant, my question was properly forwarded to an employee. They contacted me, fixed the problem and later checked with an email if it was working now. That's great service. Thanks Olivia!
Quick help with a customer's problem
I have been a satisfied customer and partner of Mollie for several years. Recently, a customer had problems with PayPal payments on his webshop with WooCommerce. Robin quickly found the problem and delivered the solution the same day.
AI chatbot is not very nice. Employee top!
AI chatbot is not very nice. But eventually switched to employee Robin who provided me with the answers I was looking for. Employee 5/5! Chatbot 2/5 (can be handy for standard things, but sometimes it is much faster and more efficient to talk to someone than endlessly chatting with a bot that doesn't know everything).

Quick handling, I'm waiting for the changes to be made, I hope quickly, but a trustworthy company for a payment module on our e-commerce for 2 years.
Immediate clear answer and solution
I was immediately helped by Levi from Mollie. Within half an hour, both we, who offer the Mollie payment platform, and the customer, who had used the platform, were informed about the steps that had to be taken. We are satisfied and clearly informed and our customer reassured and satisfied. Great!

Great customer service despite the fact that there is no telephone contact possible. Finally an AI bot that gives good answers. Furthermore, well helped by Anne.
Excellent service and quick help!
After a period of inactivity, I could no longer use my Mollie account. Fortunately, I was quickly and kindly helped by Yara from customer service. Thanks to her adequate and quick handling, my account has been restored, and I can now again make and receive payments without problems. The communication was clear and professional, and I am very satisfied with the service. Really top!

Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. The partner department does not respond and neither does technical support. The live chat only refers to these 2 departments with an email address, which is not responded to. These departments are also not reachable by telephone. We process >1,000 transactions per month but cannot go live because of this negligence. We have decided to switch to another payment service provider. I don't often write reviews, but this is so terribly bad that I think Mollie deserves this review.
