Gift vouchers not honored
Another disappointment regarding the "gift" vouchers! What's the point of scheduling their sending if the products are not supplied in sufficient quantities. Twice, the same gift voucher sent, 2 items missing! Frustrating! (Lidl Carcassonne)

Access to the aisles was hampered by the presence of pallet trucks and numerous cartons. At the checkout, the excessive speed did not even allow time to pack my purchases before being jostled by the next customer. I regret not being able to attach a photo; my rice boxes are indeed completely crushed due to the haste during billing, the products being handled with little care. The hasty packing was therefore random. This experience was particularly stressful.
Tricky promotion
We really appreciated Lidl's method; -€8 promotion on the bottle of champagne (€9.99 instead of €17.99) from 12/26/2024 to 12/31, €8 discount deductible from purchases between January 2 and 5, 2025, i.e., for only 3 opening days, a detail unfortunately only (and hardly) visible on the online app after purchasing the bottles. An inadmissible form of deception, which mocks the clientele. Well done Lidl, a chain supposedly the cheapest, but certainly not the most loyal and honest!
Ineffective after-sales service
Ineffective after-sales service, I bought a cordless vacuum cleaner in a Lidl store in May 2024. It has problems with the battery, which only charges to a third of its capacity, and the collection container comes loose (I have to use a rubber band). Despite my complaints and letters, I have received no response. I have done everything necessary, and I am really disappointed, especially since I am a customer.
I ordered a mattress on November 29...
I ordered a mattress on November 29 and today, December 25, I still have no news except an email from the 18th indicating a further delay of 2-3 days.... Initially, delivery was indicated by December 5 at the latest! I can't even cancel my order, it's shameful, such a delay, even AliExpress isn't that slow, even though they ship to the other side of the world.
Look carefully at the box to see the real country.
I find this store incredible, but recently I noticed that on the label with the price of a vegetable or fruit, there was a country, but on the box it said the real country it came from. Why lie about the country? What does it bring you? Very disappointed with Lidl.
Promotions are like Santa Claus...
What's the point of giving us free coupons if it's to not find the product on the shelf!!! What's the point of having a 60% discount on the second product purchased if the item is no longer available (Viennese caramel salted butter ice cream) supposedly received as too top according to the manager. I drove 30 km to go to Lidl this morning, it sticks in my craw considering the price of diesel, the cost of the round trip to return empty-handed, well, not really, because fortunately a Carrefour Market wasn't far away.... I found what I needed there... To those who understand, MERRY CHRISTMAS 2025....

Hello, I am Mr. Eriaud Thierry, I ordered a mattress during the Black Friday sales on Lidl. I created my account for this and since then my order does not appear on my account. Moreover, I have no news of my supposed order or delivery time. I find this a little bit limited. There is a lack of consideration for the customer, they don't track the package and they don't inform you by email about the status of the order. Strongly avoid ordering anything from this site.
