Purchase of splitting axe and work gloves
I recently purchased a splitting axe and work gloves from Wolfswinkel Hoenderloo, and I am very satisfied with both the products and the service. The splitting axe (Fiskars X36) is of excellent quality—sharp, well-balanced, and ideal for splitting wood. The Husqvarna work gloves are comfortable and offer good protection, even during heavier work.
The Wolfswinkel employee was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave useful advice on maintenance and use, which I greatly appreciated.
In short, a top store for quality tools and accessories. Definitely recommended!

Goods ordered on 29.10 have not been delivered to this day. Despite several inquiries, I have not received an answer to this day. I will cancel my order and hope that I will get my money back without legal assistance

Delivery time was longer than stated, but this was also communicated beforehand in the shop.
The spare part is an original part from the manufacturer (Briggs and Stratton ignition coil), not a China replica.
Would order there again.

Stay away from this shop
Ordered Mc Culloch spare part for leaf vacuum. Was delivered with GLS. The ordered suction pipe is actually round, arrived here deformed oval. Since it is made of hard plastic, the spare part is unusable. I then registered a return and now I also have to bear the return costs for a broken delivered item. Stay away from this shop. Can only agree with the negative reviews. No customer service. Unfriendly shop. Will now order from a German shop.

Wireless robot mower
We were looking for a wireless robot mower and were very well helped by Menno. He showed all the possibilities and differences. We were given an information booklet with 2 coins to get an ice cream at Co! While eating we decided to go for the extended machine.
We received a quote from Tim which we didn't have to think about for long!
We had to wait a while but we got it right away! Very satisfied!!

Package shipped Monday and arrived Wednesday.
The part is mounted on the mower, everything works great.

Order placed 2 days ago, and order is still being processed. They guarantee delivery the next day if the order is placed before 5:00 PM. Apparently with this product 5 working days, which causes some confusion.
I have been contacted which I greatly appreciate.
The amount will be refunded to me within 2 working days.
