Overpriced

On September 3rd, I ordered a mini "Flashlight" from Vivre Livee, which I received on the 17th. Cost: 16.99 euros + 0.51 euros shipping insurance and 4.99 euros shipping costs. Total 22.49 euros. I ordered the same item from Amazon for 9.99 euros. Delivered in two days!

Deplorable. A shame.

I would have preferred not to have to put even a single star. 0 would have been more than enough. I placed an order for an amount of about 60 Euros. However, I only received one item out of 5 and the delivery envelope was completely open. I think the products were lost during transport. Despite my various exchanges with customer service to be reimbursed for the missing part or to have it delivered again, I am offered a refund of 12 Euros (out of the 50 € not delivered) and I am told that the package 'left' their warehouse correctly. No comment on the fact that they are taking care of the problem with the carrier. No, I'm the one who has to take care of it. Tough luck for me. It's just theft.
