Sending the wrong order 4 days…
Sending the wrong order 4 days before Christmas (we are far from the 3 to 5 working days advertised on their site!) no apology made! no refund offered, simply resending the correct order which will not arrive on time of course! (will it actually arrive, I don't know yet...)

Beware scam
Beware scam! No returns for personalized gifts! My granddaughter thought she was buying a personalized frame, but she ended up receiving an A4 sheet with a damaged corner for over €37!!!
There are charges for shipments outside Germany.
Delivery times are not respected.
Sales are fake.

I had ordered a personalized cup and I was really surprised by the quality of the product. The cup is shiny, solid and the colors are magnificent! I highly recommend it, don't hesitate to order. The customer service is very responsive and attentive. Use the letters that are part of the Latin and German alphabet for the first names. I intend to place other orders given the quality of the products. Thanks again!
