I'm shocked by the number of low reviews for Stipe! As a small business owner with limited computing knowledge this company has been awesome to work with! The platform is SO intuitive and easy to navigate and any questions i have are always answered by their help guide - in an easy to understand fashion (i simple google my question about using stripe and google populates the answer from their help guide. i've never needed to contact support.. additionally, every feature i need, they have and the features work as intended! As a home service business, Stripe caters to all of our online and in-person payment processing needs.

I needed help on STRIPE and the customer service was incredible! I chatted for over an hour and all my questions were answered with patience and professionalism. Available 24/7, this service is really great! I highly recommend.
Great service, solid product for small business.
My experience with Stripe has been quite good. Upon launching our account a representative reached out and had a meeting with us to go over features and answer questions. This type of support almost never happens with small businesses and I was grateful for the service. Additionally, anytime I have reached out someone replies quickly and any issues have been resolved. I don't find the platform as intuitive and easy to use as I would like. It can be challenging to figure out how to set everything up, but so far it has been working out for our organization.

I was quite unsure on using Stripe after reading some negative reviews and not finding any phone lines to call when you are not a customer. I filled in a form and had someone call me to talk over our needs. I took a chance and I have had a great experience so far - once set up I had one call to work out where I was and how to navigate the system which was very good. The agent was so patient worked with my level of experience and was so helpful. Honestly I was quite impressed with his help He could hear I was quite nervous about navigating the system and he took it step by step even when I was getting frustrated. I have no worries about contacting them for help in the future. Thank you Stripe Team :-) I can recommend them form my experience :-)
Order placed, never heard anything again
We ordered a tracksuit on December 29, 2024 via Hayir Holding BV. Paid through you. Did not receive any confirmation and never heard anything about our order again. Tried to call the company, they immediately disconnect. Is it possible to get a refund through you?

This is a big thief company
This is a big thief company, I sold services to a company that disputed the payments, they refunded them even though the services were done. Really don't trust this company and never make a payment with Societe they are big thieves I repeat, they are big thieves
I strongly advise against using this company
I strongly advise against using this company! I've been trying to reach them via email for the past two weeks, but they have not responded. They have $1,700 in funds that they promised would be released on January 1st, but they remain locked. Despite sending multiple emails and submitting three or four complaints, I've yet to receive any response. If I do not receive a reply within the next 24 hours, I will be contacting AFCA and seeking compensation. Save yourself the trouble and consider other options!
Bad customer service/App malfunctions
High commissions for a service that is not up to par. Impossible to reach them by phone. Communication only by Chat with inappropriate responses. They do not question the malfunction of the application but cheerfully accuse our customers who are not to blame. I lost sales because of this app because customers could not pay me. They demand videos showing our customers failing to make the payment. This is completely indecent and impossible to achieve of course since these are online payments. Moreover, they tell me they saw that I was using ALMA and want to check my ALMA use when I don't use this payment method (???). I imagine that the response to this review will be as poor as the rest of the exchanges and of course Off Topic...
