Quite okay
Quite okay, but room for improvement.
The selection is good, and the shoes arrived original. However, the delivery was a bit slow, and the customer service could have been better. Overall mediocre.

Attention: Return processing bad
The delivery of items is one thing (actually not a big deal). The difference is made by shipping costs and especially the return processing. Never experienced anything so bad.

Since June 11, 2024, my return has not been processed and they do not respond via email either. Shipping went well, but returning is very bad. Will never order anything there again.

We received exactly the product
We received exactly the product our daughter wanted. She was very happy that we received the Adidas Campus so quickly, even though they were already sold out at many other competitors!

All's well that ends well
The ordered sneakers were shipped with UPS. There was a small delay here, but that was probably my fault. The sneakers are for my son, I think he will like them. The price is probably within the range for these sought-after shoes, shipping from Austria to Germany is already at the upper end with 20 Euros. with dhl it would probably be cheaper. I'm still satisfied.

Neat and good service
I received a confirmation via email, was a bit hesitant after some reviews and deliberately chose to pay with Klarna. Didn't get an update with the track and trace, but after an email the same day I got a reply with a tracking link and they were delivered today and look good so very satisfied.

I am actually always very satisfied. This time I unfortunately did not receive a shipping confirmation. Therefore, I was in the dark about where my shoe had gone, which would of course be important at these prices. But otherwise very fast delivery and everything top.

For me there is no reason for a negative review. The "New Balance 574 Stone Island" sneakers arrived flawlessly. The shipping could have been faster (about 9 days) but is not a reason for a point deduction. Gladly again 👍!
