Simple and efficient
I recommend SHINE to all entrepreneurs because the banking application is simple and efficient. Despite my initial reluctance because it is an online bank, wanting to have human contact: when opening my pro account I was well supported and reassured, I do not regret my choice because I have human contact despite everything. Fraud on December 27th, and still nothing on January 2nd!
I was a victim of fraud on December 27th, and despite my multiple follow-ups, I still have no solution to this day. However, they sent me the logs (connection data) which clearly prove that:
• The IP address used during the fraudulent transactions does not correspond to my habits.
• The geographical location is different from mine.
• The network operator is not the same as the one I usually use.
With such evidence, I don't understand why Shine is taking so long to resolve this case. Meanwhile, on Trustpilot, they are content to respond to 5-star reviews, ignoring customers who are really in distress. Frankly, to be avoided!
