I was a bit afraid to buy from this page for the first time, but the product arrived in about ten days and with the expected quality.
It came with the return label ready to facilitate the process, although the return would have a cost of €7. In my case, upon receiving the expected quality and size, I did not have to return it.

PACKAGE RIP-OFF
Hallucinating experience… selected a pick-up point near home, it turns out, according to the owner himself, no longer functioning as a GLS delivery point (but it is always active on the site). The package never arrived and currently at GLS it appears to have been delivered at home (which is absolutely not true because I requested that the package be returned to sender). ALL THIS AFTER 10 DAYS OF WAITING…BEWARE OF THIS SITE!!!

They do not meet the promised shipping times, they do not have customer service from Spain other than by email and they answer when they want. The transport agency they use is terrible. They have left me without a gift for this Christmas, but I haven't even received the order yet.

First and last order
No confirmation email once the order was placed, two emails sent 3 days apart without response, customer service inaccessible by phone it hangs up after 5 minutes.... 1 week since I ordered and still no news.... Not even a confirmation email following the payment.... Will I ever get my sneakers....????

First time ordering super fast delivery. Very happy with my new shoes. Delivered what was ordered.
I have no experience with returns yet. I must say that the €7.50 return costs are an obstacle for me to order a doubt item. Which is okay at the moment. I think it ensures the sustainability of returns at this company.
