SHOCKING!!!!
SHOCKING!!!! Trying to return an online item, says its sending me a verification code that never comes, email for customer services is no longer available cant find the return address!! says to whatsapp, i did but only Ai keeps repeating the same thing, at my wits end. been trying for days
They are curt and bad products
Customer service is curt and doesn't understand questions. Open questions are answered with 'yes'. Multiple questions in one message are also not possible for them. If you're lucky, one will be answered. Then they just close the communication. Jeans don't fit at all, very bad fit. Requesting a return label via the website doesn't work. Website doesn't work in Chrome. Reasonably in Safari.
Shocking Customer Service
I ordered some items for my sons for Christmas and whilst one item was far too big and I was able to return without an issue, the remainder of the items (hoodies) have a serious quality issue in that one wash has shrunk them so much, they are unwearable. I have been trying for 5 days now to get an answer from them. Whilst I was finally able to reach someone through WhatsApp who agreed to a return, there has been no returns label sent and no response in the promised timescale. I have been trying to get hold of them again through the awful AI hellscape, but keep being told to try during their working hours, which I am! There is no way to speak to anyone or even an email address. My next step I guess, is raising a case through Resolver.
Entered a store in Milan
Entered a store in Milan, IN MILAN! Total disorder, the dressing room was full of clothes on the chair, needless to say, when I came out they all fell on the floor (obviously I didn't pick anything up and I left the store) goods never available either in the store or on the site!!! Always sold out… I thought better, too bad because the brand's clothes are also nice…
Terrible experience and non-existent customer service
I placed an order on the website on December 8th, with delivery expected on December 12th. Today, January 3rd, the order has not yet been shipped and the status is still "confirmed". Furthermore, one of the items was cancelled without any notice. I have sent more than eight emails to customer service asking for updates, but I have not received any reply. I find it unacceptable that, almost a month after the order, there have been no clarifications or solutions. The total lack of communication is disrespectful to customers. I expected better from a company I have purchased from in the past. Unfortunately, this experience has left me extremely disappointed. I strongly advise against buying from this site: order management and customer service are shameful.

Purchased printed sweatshirt, the sticker simply came off by itself immediately after unpacking the package. I bought this sweatshirt twice and the first time it had a hole in the sleeve. I do not recommend this chain store

I wish there was a minus score, I don't think I can add any more to what others have said, you buy online and it's delivered wrong, no chance of getting hold of anyone so we go to Bluewater, store who reluctantly help by ordering a new item to store, guess what that's wrong also, the store then will not do anything and there is no one to talk too!! WhatsApp sends you a automated response then after 45 min says its closing the case.
