Hello, I ordered two perfumes…
Hello, I ordered two 100ml perfumes, a Yara candy and a musk. These two so-called luxury perfumes were sent to me in a bubble envelope, yes, a white bubble envelope. So, when they arrived at the Île-de-France platform, the unthinkable happened. Of course, the package, or rather the bubble envelope containing two 100ml bottles plus the packaging, must have been on a conveyor belt, and that's when the Île-de-France platform must have burst the envelope, which was then vulgarly taped with La Poste tape from Île-de-France. I ordered perfume for the holidays, it's expensive, and it was shipped via Colissimo. Colissimo uses boxes, right? So, I placed the order on the 23rd, I received it on the 30th, it's Colissimo, mind you, and my package was left in the mailbox half-open. And what was in the envelope? The white perfume, the musk, of course, the perfume I ordered. And of course, the Yara candy, the one I was eagerly waiting for, wasn't there. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal, I filed a dispute, and since then, no response via PayPal, but on Snapchat the girl told me to close the dispute and she would send me the Candy. Normally, we don't do that. Today, January 3, 2025, no news, so I'll wait on PayPal. I'm going to send back their white perfume. I want a full refund. I ordered from a reputable store that sends packages in a box, not an envelope! For my part, very bad experience, it's all well and good to advertise on Tiktok, but buy some boxes. Put the perfumes in them, please, for future buyers, advice from a mom, I'm 46 years old, because when I see the girls who do the live streams, they must be 20 years old, so they could be my daughters. So, happy new year, I'm not resentful, but refund my money, I'm telling you, burying your head in the sand won't solve the problem. It says on PayPal, waiting for a response from the seller. The seller sent luxury perfume from Dubai in an envelope. So if the envelope opened, it's the seller's fault. If you can buy stocks of perfume to resell, you can go buy boxes, there are cheap ones at Action. So, please give me my money back. Otherwise, I'm going to the scam website because it's starting to smell like one.
