To flee, simple card received after more than 16 days of ordering the new plan without portability, impossible activation! Unreachable customer service! Cancellation of the order by registered mail to the headquarters with the help of my legal insurance! A word of advice, go elsewhere! Réglo mobile or youprice, it's more serious!
An inefficient customer service
A catastrophic customer service. 3 months after a change of bank details they continue to debit the old bank. Impossible to make them change and every month message announcing the blocking of the telephone account. Sorry for the inefficiency. Too bad because for the rest, a no-commitment subscription at 130GB is rather competitive.
Inadmissible !!
Inadmissible !!! Line cut for more than a week following my change of bank details which was not taken into account despite the validation message and even my call! Invoice returned unpaid. Impossible to regularize it by credit card because of their technical problems. Each time I call, I am asked to wait. The day before yesterday, another interlocutor sent me bank details by SMS so that I could make a transfer. Since then, nothing! I contact them again for the umpteenth time to find out how long it will take for my line to be restored and I feel like I'm speaking another language... I'm not used to posting negative reviews, but I find their negligence, their lack of respect, seriousness and professionalism unacceptable! Patient but lucid, I'm changing operators!
Underlying scam
Since the change of their billing system, access to detailed invoices is almost impossible. I find myself in front of empty grayed out fields and therefore unable to view my invoice. Despite my complaints, no "commercial gesture". This trick allows them to suspend the line and then charge €10 to put it back into service. And as if by chance, when I call them my detailed invoice appears!! I am therefore not surprised to see that the reviews on Trustpilot are so deplorable.

Catastrophic! No data service post portability for two weeks. 4 calls made to the technical service who do not know the settings of the iPhone and IOS! Disastrous! I quickly went back to my former operator ...
Customer with them
Customer with them, I spent more than an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone, once I was answered, I was told that I was heard very badly and that it was on my side so I was hung up, I had to call back. The customer service on the Internet, let's not talk about it… Impossible to reach them and impossible to access invoices or modify anything else. From next month I will look elsewhere

They cut off my line because it is impossible to pay by credit card on their site or by phone with an advisor following a technical problem on the customer areas! Without being able to have a date of return to service! I have three lines with them for me and my two daughters and it's the same problem, they cut my lines when I'm really not to blame! Catastrophic website and totally incompetent customer service, I regret a thousand times having been with NRJ Mobile, I'm going to an operator who doesn't make fun of its customers! Above all, run away from NRJ Mobile as fast as you can!!!
A hell !
Since October NRJ mobile forces me to pay my bills online under the pretext that the direct debits no longer work when I have absolutely not changed banks. Added to this are costs that are difficult to justify. My €11.99 plan goes to €16.79 then to €21.49 when I have no out-of-bundle charges. And yesterday the height: I simply had my line terminated without notice under the pretext that I had not paid my last bill. It would still be necessary to be able to since when I go to the site to regularize my situation it does not work! Of course it is impossible to reach an advisor and to port my number to another operator, so I will have to change the number I have had for 20 years because they are incompetent! To flee, quickly!
Catastrophic Logistics
Since I changed my bank details 3 months ago, it has been impossible for me to define a monthly billing, or at least it has never been taken into account. Result: every month, I receive formal notices from NRJ for "unpaid" invoices, adding €10 in line "reactivation" fees to the invoice, the icing on the shit cake. But a new level of incompetence has recently been passed, a change in the billing system is underway, without any communication as to its duration, thus preventing you from paying your bills because the functionality is deactivated. Fortunately, they had planned things in advance at NRJ ... Well no, all the people who had to pay their bill at that moment now have their line blocked, and nothing will be done before the end of the migration of the billing system which ends in ... We don't know. We don't forget the €10 reactivation fee though.
