If I could have put 0 stars I would have.
Do not buy on the store they are thieves. Following an error I was charged and the game was not delivered (technical error) and refund impossible the amount must be reused on the store.

The Nintendo Switch is not worth a cent.
Poor workmanship and durability caused by cheap parts from China and Co.
In addition, poor graphics and far too little RAM, games like Fortnite etc. are no fun at all on the Nintendo, but above all the very poorly adjustable Joy-con and original controllers, which are very rough and make playing with required precision a disastrous experience.
Never again a cent for Nintendo!

Customer service is great!
I got logged out of my account years ago and lost my log in information, Gmail and password! I called customer support and the guy on the phone was the sweetest most helpful person I've ever had for any customer support agent ever. His name was David, I hope he does well! I recommend him for any customer service needs!

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, while I'm writing this it's been an hour and a half that we've been trying to reset a password so that finally they ask for validation by nickname or date of birth nothing works (despite the fact that the possible dates of birth have not changed during life) no alternative! No customer contact, it talks about a chat impossible to find and nothing else to reset. On the other hand, it did load the 50€ balance without asking for a password but you can't buy. At the dawn of 2025 impossible to get out of such a situation. Customer service sucks!

Items in stock at the time of purchase, finally not delivered because out of stock but I am not notified and it is still possible to order them... Great to receive nothing for Christmas...

They start a trial ask for credit card info and then charged for 1 year on a side by side subscription next to your trial

Ouch ouch ouch, the customer service is horrible... Complaint following false information on a product page on store. The purchase would not have been made if it hadn't been for this error. They don't care. I will not buy from the store anymore.

Shameful...an order placed on December 10th now they say it's being restocked and if it's a problem I can cancel the order!! A week before Christmas shame, I even had to call and urge them to tell me this, I do not recommend the site at all

Pussys can’t let others enjoy things. Palworld is better than them and they couldn’t take it. I’ll never buy anything from them again. I will diligently check to make sure Nintendo made no effort in the production of a product before I buy it. Screw them until they’re permanently out of business.
