Already worn shoes?
I recently ordered airmax. No delivery problems, they fit well etc. but on the other hand I am very surprised to have received dirty shoes on one of the two shoes, it seems to have been worn. Moreover, the person made a knot in the lace impossible to undo. It's clearly worn. In addition, I notice small threads in the seams. So the quality is average when you buy new, you expect new.

I came across someone on the phone who, firstly, had difficulty understanding (despite repeating x times), who ended up putting me on hold to do "research" to finally hang up on me!
Second attempt, they hung up on me directly.
I don't understand why they put this kind of person in customer service (long live outsourcing)

VERY SATISFIED
After an order stolen by a Chronopost agent, Nike's services reimbursed me.
And since I had bought the product on sale, when I reordered, they reimbursed me the price difference.

Liar customer service!!!!
Following the purchase of a pair of SBs in a drop. The package was never shipped...
After contacting customer service 3 times.. I decide to cancel my order and they promise me a discount code for my future purchases... I had to claim AGAIN a new discount code after contacting customer service... it's a lot of time wasted to never receive my purchase and claim a promised discount code....
