Hello, I still haven't received my order, the amount was €27, I was charged €38. I still haven't received anything to this day, I have already sent emails without a reply, I want to be reimbursed, what should I do, thank you.

Suspicion
Following my purchase a few days ago, I noticed that the amount charged to my account is 50% higher than the amount of my invoice.
My bank asked me to see with the site why this anomaly.
I sent my request to the email referenced on the site.
After several reminders, I still have no explanation.
This is the first time I have ordered on this site so I am questioning their credibility.
This site should already no longer be online; I hope that trustpilot will do what is necessary with the appropriate authorities to make it disappear.

I ordered the ultrasonic bracelet and I receive a light gadget worthless and banal fluorescent pink color, nothing to do with what I ordered !!
I wanted to return the order and so I contacted their service through an email available on their site.. and so at first they offered to keep the item and refund me 30%, which I refused.
I told them that I really wanted to return their item because I was not convinced of its operation. And again they offered to keep it and refund me 50%! Which I refused again and I told them to stop insisting! And they told me to return the order at my expense and after receipt there they will refund me! Knowing that it is noted on their site that the return is FREE !! And they dare ask me to send back their gadget at my expense!! Pff
So be very careful, they are scammers who are trying to steal from you that's all! And my long-awaited refund I still haven't received it, I'm still waiting for it!

Minceetbien scam
Hello,
I placed an order on 06/19/2024 for 2 bracelets for €39.97 and I was charged €49.47. We are on 06/25/24 and I still haven't received anything. I therefore sent them 2 emails to ask them when I was going to be delivered but no response.
I think it's a big scam. Strongly discouraged.
