Never do your housing research on locamoi.
Scam site, scam to enrich you, it's very shameful.
I subscribed for a week at 1 Euro being looking for an apartment.
The next day, I cancel the subscription with an email I received from locamoi.
6 days later, they take 39 euros from my account.
Things are very clear, when we say that a contract has been terminated, there should be no more transactions!
If this happens, it's theft!
Taking something that doesn't belong to you is theft!
So you are thieves, Locamoi.
If it were possible not to give you a star, I would have done it.

Very very bad experience
Very very bad experience. I wanted to look for a student apartment, firstly we are obliged to pay to get in touch with an owner. In addition, I took out a subscription to navigate more peacefully, only when I wanted to cancel it my account had been blocked so I struggled for 1 month (during which I continued to be charged), then once my account was found I was indeed able to cancel the subscription except that locamoi had charged me again for 2 months even after cancellation. As for a refund, they never answered me by email. THIS APPLICATION IS TO BE AVOIDED IT IS A MONEY PIT.

I wanted to do a free trial of a week. After a few hours, I sent an email saying that I did not want to subscribe and not pay the 39e after 7 days.
And what was my surprise when I saw myself being charged this amount today.
They are simply thieves!!

I paid 1e for 1 week subscription to see an ad that didn't even have the correct address and after a week I'm charged 39e without being announced that my subscription will be renewed.
I paid to see the owner's information and surprise I was put in touch with a notary..... total scam this site

scam, makes you pay €1 and without telling you that you are actually subscribed and pay €39 without wanting to, the worst experience with a profile site, after all you are forced to pay to have details on the ad, the ad does not it has nothing to do with what is in the description. Read the reviews and take it seriously before entering your bank card details!

4 Unauthorized 39e withdrawals. Shameful
Locamoi charged me 39e for 4 months. I never signed anything. It's a fraudulent sale. It's shameful.
I'm fighting for them to reimburse me.
I will never go through them again. They are thieves!!
