Humiliating experience
I was followed several times by the security guard in the Lidl supermarket in Ploufragan. Is this discrimination? I think the question is legitimate because I was the only black person in the store to have received this treatment. Shame on Lidl for hiring security guards with questionable values.
errors on labels
Very regularly the red posters indicating promotions are not up to date, either the date written in small print has passed, or the product reference is not the right one even if the product is the same, or nothing goes through at the checkout, and they can't do anything about it because it's managed automatically... in short... the orange label promotions for the expiry date are no longer affixed even on the last day... you have to be extremely vigilant, even if the staff is very helpful and friendly, everything rests on the management who removes the staff and sends the employees into the arena to take it all... it's no longer a recommendable brand at all!

Purchase of a corkscrew that breaks on the 1st use, 1 day later, the store does not refund and directs me to LIDL after-sales service, nightmare, sent at the request of the after-sales service 3 times, photos + proof of purchase + my identity + my address + my bank details + proof of purchase + HG number (?) plus photos + do not throw away the defective item... Despite a promise of a quick refund, more than 43 days later, I'm still waiting for the €4.99 refund. If you like to live dangerously, LIDL, non-existent after-sales service.

Lidl rue de Bâle is becoming more and more mediocre in terms of quality of service This is the 3rd time I've been there, the bread section is empty at 8am, 12pm and 5pm. No bags of rolls next to the vegetables and fruit. Apart from the empty shelves, no updates. The store is often dirty. No staff present to ask for information apart from 3 checkouts that work. I hope it recovers because if it continues like this......

I ordered an EMMA mattress on your site order 100372504009, I was charged and then refunded because the product was no longer available.... Strange because at the time of ordering it was available, maybe a way to make our money €380 x 1000 people = €380,000 which earns interest.... and no commercial gesture No more trust in Lidl, I will post my opinion on several consumer sites we will perhaps be several to do so
HEDGE TRIMMER DOES NOT WORK
The electric hedge trimmer purchased in September was used for 10 minutes in November, suddenly no more blade drive. Having been used more than 30 days after purchase, I contacted LIDL after-sales service. I provided all the necessary documents, explained the problem, sent the photos, RADIO SILENCE FROM THE AFTER-SALES SERVICE….. I called twice, each time explaining everything again, I was told that my request was being processed but that HAVING A LOT OF AFTER-SALES SERVICE the delay is longer. IN SHORT 3 months later…NOTHING HAPPENS… AVOID BUYING PARKSIDE PRODUCTS, cheap = TOO EXPENSIVE… LIDL IS NOT SERIOUS, THEY MAKE FUN OF THE CUSTOMER!!!
Gift coupons not respected
New disappointment regarding "gift" coupons! What is the point of scheduling their sending if the products are not supplied in sufficient quantities. Twice, the same gift coupon sent, items 2x missing! frustrating! (Lidl Carcassonne)
Misleading advertising
I went to Lidl to buy "Senneval" champagne on promotion at €9.99 instead of €17.99 until December 31st, at the checkout they told me it didn't work. Misleading advertising or scam???
