LEDGER FLEX
I received the Ledger Flex after a 3-week waiting period. This is understandable, given the holiday season and the hype around crypto. The product is really great: practical, well-designed, intuitive, and consistent with the description. Points to improve: - The application, its features, and the interface are a bit too simplistic for my taste. - I had to opt for the higher model because my old wallet (Nano S) didn't recognize my phone via cable. This problem is now solved thanks to the Bluetooth connection on this model. - The price of the device, as well as the high fees during transactions on Ledger Live, should be reviewed.

Order placed for the Ledger Stax + a case, delivery with speeded shipping (1 - 2 business days) from France. Unfortunately, customer service leaves much to be desired. It appears that this has still not been shipped, emails to customer service are simply ignored. So this is the company you should trust to place all your crypto.... trust seems far away and we are only at the ordering stage.
Two Ledger Nano Xs shipped together exhibit same battery failure.
I ordered two Ledger Nano Xs on 10 Dec.2024. They were shipped together and arrived 27 Dec.2024. Upon powerup both show the same "Battery problem: charging stopped" alert. The wallets function if plugged-in, but in effect have no battery when unplugged, and during plugged-in operation persistently interrupt the user with the battery defect message. For the wallet still in my possession I have performed all trouble-shooting steps recommended by Ledger without resolving the issue. As soon as I recover the second wallet from the person for whom it was a gift I will attempt the same debugging process, but I anticipate a similar result. (I will in any case update this review once I have done that.) The fact that this defect is specifically addressed on the Ledger.com website suggests that this is not an isolated incident. This does not give confidence that I can trust Ledger devices to protect an important part of my wealth. It has also soured the experience of a new crypto user, and their confidence in my advice. I am familiar with the operation of the Ledger Nano X, since I have been using one - I grant, without problems - for some years.
Deplorable customer service
Hello, Big, big delivery problems, interminable waiting time before shipping, refusal to use the referral code without warning (not mentioned in the conditions) and to top it all off, a customer service that doesn't listen and doesn't want to fix the situation.

I ordered the goods but did not receive it on the courier’s website it was written that the parcel was damaged and returned back to the sender. I am writing to you around December On December 18th you said you had started an investigation and since then you have stopped responding to my emails and providing no updates. I ask you to return my money for the order, I am sure that the investigation has already been completed, initiate my refund money!!!
Nano S und Nano S Plus nicht mehr mit Iphone synchronisierbar
I had to reset my iPhone today and found that Ledger has patched out the synchronization function with iPhones on the Nano S and Nano S Plus via update. What's the point? Do you want to make people buy the premium model? It is impossible to remove existing features and only allow them on more expensive models. It's so disappointing, I will definitely not recommend your product anymore, as I have done so far. Shame on you.
The end of ledger is near
Ladies and gentlemen, if you are reading these lines before buying, know one thing if you have the misfortune to receive a damaged or opened package, you will wait months before receiving a refund, On November 20th I received an opened package (it happens to retrieve your 24 words and steal your tokens later) so I returned this package (which was received with 1 week delay) From there the customer service tells me (I advise you to buy a ledger this week to get the Christmas offer (70€ of BTC offered)) So I REspend 250€ for a ledger flex (500€ purchase) Delivery problem on the second package (I wrote the address wrong) so I cancel the order the next day and I receive the refund in 48h. On the other hand, I have been waiting for the refund of the first order since 25/11/24 And they tell me we have refunded you (but these idiots are talking about the second one.) Customer service is non-existent, (they say: you know we don't only manage Ledger's customer service, but other companies) so ledger is just a money box, poorly managed, without respect for its customers, Tomorrow is a complaint filed with the gendarmerie to help PayPal in its quest for dispute resolution. On the other hand, they will lose much more than a customer, believe me.
Late and wrong date...
I ordered a ledger nano x, I was delivered 10 days later instead of 2 to 4 days a nano...s plus...so the one at 100 euros less..and then the galley to ask for the exchange the ia is good but it should be forbidden for customer complaints!! I buy French for the service if you do shit like that don't be surprised if we go see elsewhere.

Waiting for two refunds on orders that I canceled because the shipping time was far too long, it's been almost a month, still no refund in sight despite having contacted them. I remind you that, in accordance with article L121-20-1 of the Consumer Code, every consumer is entitled to a quick refund in the context of distance contracts. However, Ledger refuses or neglects to honor its commitments. I give them one last deadline of 5 days to make this refund. After this deadline, I will be forced to take legal action, including a formal notice, a summons to court, as well as a complaint to the competent authorities. In addition, I reserve the right to claim damages for the harm suffered. I strongly advise against dealing with this company if you want to avoid similar inconveniences. It is imperative that consumers are aware of their rights and that they can obtain what they are entitled to.
