Good customer support
Tried to send an email to an inbox.com user, which bounced. Contacted customer support and received a swift reply and the issue was resolved after a short while. Nice to see some companies still have actual customer support!

Excellent Customer Service!
Since being acquired by the Norwegian company, I've only had a couple of glitches that were promptly addressed and resolved by Eva in customer service. She has been absolutely great! Would highly recommend inbox.com to family and friends.

Locked out by a Hacker!
I was locked out of my account by a hacker but Inbox.com is my primary email for a reason. Security. I could be with another service but this one has always been reasonable & the spam filter is top notch. The tech support is ridiculously fast & solves any trouble you have.

Recent Experience with In Box Support
I am always apprehensive regarding on line support. But on two occasions now, Eva Novaku and the "In Box" team have quickly an efficiently solved my problems, no fuss, no bother, all easy (for me).

Check CAPS LOCK key first!
I was traveling out of town with my iPad and a wireless keyboard I was unfamiliar with and did not notice the CAPS LOCK was engaged. A couple of log in attempts and my account would not open, my password was not accepted. I contacted support, Eva, and she reset my password, and I promptly locked the account by too many attempts to sign in with the password I had been given (because the CAPS LOCK was still on!). She was excellent in getting my account unlocked once again and patiently working through MY issue to get me back on line. DE-Stress complete!

Inbox.com has great Customer Support
I have had Inbox.com for many years and other than the occasional outages, i have never had an issue with this service. Since the new owners took over and revamped the site, I did struggle missing some of the past options, but have found the new design more intuitive. I recently asked that some deleted folders be restored and the customer support was excellent. they were very responsive and resolved my issues quickly. I am happy that Inbox.com lives on and i will continue to use them as long as they do.

My partner received a demand from inbox.com. It appears that we were subject of a phishing adventure.
On contacting inbox.com I was immediately advised and guided by the staff.
The issue was resolved efficiently and quickly. Good result, very professional
