Pure rip-off
Pure rip-off! Ordered sofa covers. Color didn't fit, wanted to return the goods, after hundreds of emails and reminders I was finally given a return address. This was in New York. All this took about two months. The return would have cost almost as much as the goods were worth. And then I was suddenly told that it was already too late for the return. Was probably intentionally delayed so long! Then I wanted to at least exchange the goods, there was no reaction at all. Extremely unfriendly customer service!!! Hands off this company!
The absolute worst
The absolute worst. Poor quality and even worse customer service!! This company should be blocked on Paypal !! After what felt like a thousand emails, no solution was reached!!! Return to America at your own expense!! Criminal in my eyes.!!!!!

Caution. Please think carefully about whether you want to buy from this supplier and read the return options carefully. I impulsively ordered something and waited a certain time for delivery. And when it arrived, I was disappointed with how the color fit in the living room and wanted to return it. Then I asked for the address by email. First, a discount was offered because the return costs are high, then an exchange. And yes, the return address was in New York. Disappointed, I asked if they would give me an address in Europe, unfortunately no success as they apparently want to exert pressure with such an exotic address. That's my feeling, maybe I'm wrong, but not at all customer-friendly. I then decided to send it to New York anyway, because I don't want to keep or give away this product under pressure. Finally, I waited a month until it was deleted by Klarna. By the way, how can it be that the terms and conditions are based on US and not EU law?
Rip off!! Shady!!
Rip off!! Very friendly and communicative when ordering. After a long delivery time, the sofa protectors arrived packed in a plastic bag. Absolute Chinese junk, very, very, very poor quality. Had nothing to do with the pictures on the homepage. Return then to an address in New York (shipping costs should of course be borne by us) A given address in Germany did not exist. Absolutely shady!!!!!!
Terrible
Terrible! Shipping took a month instead of a few days. The goods were not as pictured in the online shop. The return shipment, which was chargeable to us, was to be made to France. Since we needed clarification here, but our emails were no longer answered at some point, the return period had finally expired. Now we are stuck with ugly sofa covers and are more than 100 € lighter. So there is no recommendation from us. On the contrary. Hands off IMLANDA!!!
Everything went well for me
I am really very satisfied. I ordered custom-made sofa covers. The customer service beforehand (dimensions, pattern, color selection, etc.) was friendly and helpful. The delivery took just under a month and I am really thrilled! I was very skeptical because I read the bad experiences here before my order. But I really wanted the sofa covers because they would "save" my couch. I'm glad I took the "risk".
I ordered sofa blankets
I ordered sofa blankets. Delivery after more than 14 days in a garbage bag. Label on blankets for assembly in Chinese characters. Workmanship well but even the sewn-on logo wrong O/H. Everything probably cheap garbage....from China not as stated France. NO reasonable communication no return. Hands off!+
Sofa pads slip
Sofa pads ordered to measure. Delivery time was quite long, but it was also stated that way! Very friendly contact by mail. After a short time, however, the pads have somehow "shrunk" without me washing them! The underside slips on the leather sofa, which wasn't the case at the beginning. Too bad. Here, too, 130€ is unfortunately for nothing.... I wouldn't order again.
The goods were absolutely not as described and the return was a horror
The goods were absolutely not as described and pictured in the shop, neither the color nor the description regarding non-slip properties were given. Instead of the color Terra, the sofa runners came in an ugly mud brown. The return was extremely difficult - only after repeated requests did I receive an answer at all, then I had to return the goods to the USA at my own expense, where they were not accepted by the addressee - endless emails again, then finally I got the information that the amount had been refunded, which then took two more weeks and several letters from me. And last but not least, after I finally got my money back, the postman was back at my door with the package and wanted to charge me another 20 € for the return. After I refused to accept it and sent another email, the answer came that I had already received my money back and should have the goods destroyed by DHL!!!!! Then I could have destroyed the covers right here and spared the environment unnecessary burdens by shipping back and forth and saved myself 47 € postage. Conclusion: If you are not 100% sure that you want to keep the goods - hands off !!!!!
Rip off?
Customer service contact for a custom-made product was great, unfortunately only until it was paid, then it became increasingly quiet. Upon request, the delivery should be in delivery, then allegedly the address was wrong. Then allegedly attempted to deliver, and acceptance refused. And now it is no longer possible to get in touch. After publishing the comment, someone did get in touch. My package was then taken to a Hermes depot 19 km away. Finally picked up the goods. It was really cheeky.
