Order placed on November 7, 2023. Email received for order tracking but impossible to find the package via the carrier's website (package not delivered to the carrier). Email sent via the contact information on the website but no response.

"in process" for about 20 days, why? well, they put 50% discounts
on shoes they don't have in stock and wait for you to cancel the order, I now just want to have those two shoes at the price I was promised at the time of purchase, I don't want my refund now, because after 20 days they have my money... UNFAIR COMMERCIAL PRACTICE, buy from Holypopstore too if you want to start setting aside money in a pension fund
