On December 14th I order a sweater. They withdraw the money and on the 19th they write

Shirt defective at the seam
Shirt bought in the store - the brand (owner of the website) does not want to be responsible for it. After wearing it twice, a seam has already completely come undone - and that at this price??? Unfortunately, we bought the shirt in Paris and cannot complain about it now. Something like this should really be clarified differently. After all, we have a receipt and it is clearly a warranty case. A really poor performance from customer support.

Company is a Chinese scam
Ordered a Stussy hoodie, received a fake brand sunglasses from China after 3 weeks. And customer service does not respond to my email. Before delivery, customer service did respond to my email with questions about the status. But not anymore.

Ordered a tshirt on 21/11
Ordered a tshirt on 21/11. Arrived on 24/11. The item looks good. Was afraid we had been cheated, as we first read trustpilot after we had ordered. It said fake fake fake on other stussy sites. But I must say the item arrived quickly with delivery messages all the time.

Subtle exchange policy
Ordered a t-shirt for my son for Christmas, we then try to return it for exchange. But Stüssy has a, to say the least, not customer-friendly exchange policy of 14 days from the date of receipt. So it should have been returned on December 23rd, not very impressive during the Christmas season.

Stussy.com is strangely not in the hands of stussy. Stussy.com is a Chinese scam that will withdraw large amounts from your credit card using Chinese banks. People, Stussy itself never sells anything directly but works with partners who do that for them. So never order via stussy.com

This is the official European website, you can safely order from here! - I ordered on December 4th and already received my package on December 8th! Sweaters and t-shirts in excellent quality!
