No service at all
I would give you guys 0 stars if possible. I have never experienced such a bad service in my life.
Warning for this company
Warning for this company and their websites. Completely impossible to deal with. You are shuffled around among Indian call centers where they promise to solve your problems with flight changes or similar, but nothing happens. No one gets back to you. My flight was canceled but I received no information. Fortunately, I discovered it myself in time. They promised to get back to me with a new alternative but not a sound in two weeks. Buy airline tickets directly from the airlines even if they are more expensive. Never again this company!
Had to pay twice
Booked baggage through them then had to pay at airport as wasnt booked with airline. This was in July, been complaining since and not resolved. Last email from them 1 month ago they were "investigating" nothing since. It's not a complicated case....!!! Avoid, terrible communications, terrible everything . Order number LGBYAW
Extremely unsatisfied with the service
Extremely unsatisfied with the service, we have lost a family member and all your company thinks about is taking money off people. The loss in the family is out of our control so we would appreciate a refund!!!!!! We need a refund as we cannot make the holiday. This is not a huge amount of money to you but it is for us.
The worst company ever
The worst company ever. This is a scam company who has Go to gate and My trip under their umbrella as i know so far. The don't care about you as customer but just how to charge their fees for anything and everything. The customer service is appalling with waiting times of few hours. They are also supporter and promoted by Skyscanner so do stay away from them when booking your ticket if you want to avoid your life turning into nightmare.
DO NOT BOOK WITH ETRAVELI
Etraveli is the most fraudulent company I have ever dealt with! They offer you the platinum package for $39.99, which according to their customer service department, included cancellation insurance. Then when you cancel your trip, they will not give you a refund. I have sent this company and there board of directors over 430 e-mails, and NOT ONE OF THEM WILL REPLY. Buyer beware. They will take your money. They are thieves and should be shut down. They are absolutely the worst people to deal with.,
Coronavirus Rebooking Fail
Flights were cancelled due to Coronavirus and the group are refusing to let me rebook. I was explicitly told i had 1yr from date of cancelation to rebook but they have now changed their tune and are saying its 1 yr from date of booking. I have lost 2000 USD
This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. I booked with them without realising - i thought I was booking directly with Jetstar. They also "sold" me travel insurance with AIG. My flights were cancelled and Jetstar has sent me proof that Etraveli has received the funds back, but there is no way of me contacting them to try to get a refund. Check their website - it's obviously a scam site. Also AIG refuse to acknowledge I took out insurance with them despite me sending them clear written proof. I expect I paid it to Etraveli but they just kept the money. When I followed up with Jetstar, they informed me that the payment had been made back to 2 separate credit cards in 2 transactions. I made one transaction only when I purchased the flights. It appeared on my Bnk Statement as a different company with reference "Sidney." Flights were booked from Brisbane return to Japan. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - IT'S A SCAM AND THERE'S NO CONTACT DETAILS TO TRY AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK!
This is a really really bad service
This is really really bad service. I booked a flight a couple of months ago and unfortunately I had a loss and could not travel. So I contacted the flight companies and both agreed to repay me the full fee paid due to my loss. But here is where things got spicy. Immediately after agreeing with two flight companies for a full refund I contacted Etraveli group to inform them about the situation and that I have agreed with the flight operators for a refund, 2 months after this I did not receive the refund from Etraveligroup and I had to call them again only to receive an email with a charge of 30 EUR per flight for their operations concerning the flight cancelation. The thing here is that they did nothing. I had to call the flight operators and talk to them, I informed Etraveli group about the cancelation etc. so I got charged 60 EUR just for not handling the payments myself. This is insane and I would recomend booking directly from flight operators and not these scammers.
They’ve stolen my money!!
They’ve stolen my money!!! Avoid! I booked flights with them, i got an email ticket, i go to the airport today to be told by airline the ticket hasn’t been booked. The airline won’t let me on and I ring them and I got passed and blind transferred to 6 diff people as no one wants to deal with it. I get cut off, passed around and they say after an hour on phone they can’t help. I’m desperately trying to get answers and they didn’t want to know. I didn’t get any help and got told to speak to the airline which is incorrect as they couldn’t help me and I don’t even have a contract with them. I couldnt get on the flight and I have asked for my money back but they wont give me it saying they need to investigate.
