Electrocorner.nl appears to be a legitimate site selling refurbished HP products. Customer reviews are positive, but the lack of complete WHOIS information and the presence of a similar domain in Belgium invite caution. Make sure you understand that these are "HP Renew" products before purchasing.

Nice and perfect service
laptop (renew HP) ordered, delivered according to appointment
quick responses to emails, paid a nice price. However, the item was not satisfactory for technical reasons (attributable to HP). After returning, I received a refund within 2 working days, class!

Bad service
I had previously complained in a review about the service of electrocorner. However, the fault was not entirely with electrocorner.nl but more with postNL and myself. I have now received a brand new, perfectly working chromebook. Good handling of the matter on behalf of electrocorner, where customer service is always accessible and friendly.

Excellent service
I recently ordered a laptop from the HP-renew program.
I immediately received good information about the product by phone.
The laptop was delivered quickly.
It turned out that Windows 8.1 on the laptop was not suitable for my home network.
I returned the laptop.
Within a few days I received the full amount in my account.
Excellent service.

good product and defect well resolved
I bought a stream 11 laptop where office 365 turned out to be missing. This was discussed via email and telephone and neatly resolved by electrocorner. The product is perfectly fine and a lot cheaper than in the store. I am very happy with it and very satisfied with the fast service of the aftersales!

Friendly and reliable even when things went wrong
Despite a number of lesser reviews, I am really very satisfied with the service of Electrocorner.
It is striking, some customers are not satisfied because the delivered items are a Renew product. For me, however, that was very clear, a top product for that price, it couldn't be otherwise.
There are also complaints about service when the laptop broke down, however, in my case there was still 18 months full factory warranty, and it is logical that you make use of this, Electrocorner can hardly repair it itself.
Finally, my HP envy stopped working completely within two weeks (very unfortunate because I was happy with it), after complaining I was spoken to friendly, and after adequate explanation on how to return the PC, I returned the laptop and got my money back in full without any ifs or buts.
Neat all.
Of course you prefer that your new PC doesn't break down, but if it does happen then it's nice if it all goes smoothly.

definitely recommended!
Been buying here for years. Good contact by e-mail, always looking for solutions if something is not OK. They do indeed sell HP Renew, this is not the same as new but the price reflects that. The warranty is the full 2 years just like a new one.

3 years after my son purchased the laptop, cola was spilled on it. My son no longer had an invoice for the insurance. After a phone call they looked it up for him. Without any hassle. Now ordered a new one there.

fine
I myself have good experiences with electrocorner. I have bought a total of two laptops and a PC here now. Fast delivery and a very good price. And when my laptop started acting up with booting, the helpdesk helped me well. It is clearly stated that it is a second-hand PC. It's not really second-hand because it comes directly from hp who renewed the computer. I am now looking for a new laptop at electrocorner because this one is starting to get very slow. It's also a few years old.

Bought a 2 in 1 pc in 2018 and it still runs like a charm. Not a day's regret about this pc, and I also knew that they were pcs that had been on display at a trade show. My next one will definitely come from them again. Although I find the one I've seen now a bit too much above my budget.
