I bought an immersion blender
I bought an immersion blender, lasted a very long time, excellent motor and never had any problems.
Perhaps I exaggerated a bit in chopping everything possible.
I'm taking advantage of the discount to buy another one, I have to give a very useful gift soon.

Product conforms to the order
Product conforms to the order, however the estimated delivery date was 48 to 72H, I finally received my package 10 days later...
Moreover, I would have liked the package to be at least protected from any impacts it may have suffered, no conditioning inside which means that my product was delivered with small impact points on it...Too bad...

Delighted with the quality of the product which cooks more gently than traditional AirFryers for a softer result. Very easy maintenance. Optimized cooking monitoring. Really very good. Steaming vegetables is a real plus.

I really like the products very much…
I really like the products very much and everything worked perfectly. In Austria I would have preferred a different parcel service, we had to drive a long way to a parcel shop. But otherwise everything worked well.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery, good quality, good instructions, great design. Only one point deduction because GLS is specified as the delivery service. They never ring and take the packages to far away parcel shops. There are better ones.

The order was not delivered within the time stipulated by the website 48h, they take to confirm it... I requested a return on the day I received it, the request has not yet been confirmed... not even an email, they don't say anything, nor how I should proceed

Multi-pod coffee maker
Fast delivery. Product conforms to the description. The only problem was a plastic part was broken at the cup rest. Complicated on the site to find the place to file the complaint. And the request just as complicated.

Beautiful and functional small appliances
Beautiful, functional small appliances at very reasonable prices. I have a toaster, multi-capsule coffee maker, milk frother and dehumidifier. I recommend them without any reservation.

Lovely experience with great products - with a tiny caveat
Lovely experience. This is my second time ordering from Create. I have completed my pan set, which is absolutely lovely and soooo great to use. I have also ordered the air straightener for my hair. The reviews online from influencers looked almost too good to be true.
Only constructive criticism would be to update the way we can reach out to customer service. It being via form or limited hours via phone isn't that convenient! Last time I ordered I didn't receive my stuff for weeks and had the hardest time figuring out why! Turns out it was something from the shipping company's end- not Create's fault, but still would be nice to have it updated so we can communicate quicker via immediate email or a chatbot.

I placed an order for a product…
I placed an order for a product on 12/12/2024. The latter was available for delivery only from 29/12/2024 because it was not available before. Since then I have no news despite reminders on messenger. No email sending order or potential delay. Thank you for getting back to me if you can give me an answer regarding my order. Thanking you.
