Sites don't load
Last month starting, many if not all websites that use this service started to give me an infinite reroll on check whether i'm human or not. I'm don't host any site using CloudFlare's technology, or any site at all, I'm just a regular user, and of now I can't use sites that use CloudFlare.
Terrible "Virtual Queue" of Vivicinemateatro
"Virtual queue" of Vivicinemateatro is a huge joke! Estimated waiting times that go down and up again, arrived at 1 minute and then went back up to three HOURS, now I've been in line for 19 hours with crazy ups and downs in waiting times. Terrible terrible terrible, I'm sorry for those who work there but even one star is too much
Totally incapable
Totally incapable. The management of the purchase of the carnet for Vivicinemateatro 2024/2025 has never been so disastrous. Spending the day in front of the monitor without concluding anything. You have to dedicate yourself to something else. Forget everything that has to do with IT, because it is absolutely not for you.
Absurd
Absurd! Hours and hours waiting in line to buy the vivicinemaeteatro 24/25 carnet without being able to do anything. Once I managed to get to the end of the countdown of the waiting time but then I only saw a page with the press release of the initiative. RIDICULOUS
No Refunds for Overcharging?
Until recently, I was a dedicated Cloudflare user. As a hobbyist web designer, I regularly sign up for the same $27-per-month services for a single URL, then cancel once my projects wrap. It used to work fine—until now. On the final day of my most recent subscription, Cloudflare unexpectedly charged me $165. I immediately opened a support ticket and waited. No response. The following month, they billed me again—this time $150, despite all services having been canceled. Another support request to their billing department resulted in more silence. After researching similar complaints online, I discovered a concerning pattern: overcharging and a refusal to issue refunds. Instead of speculating on Cloudflare’s motives (which might invite a legal headache), I’ll stick to the hard facts: Cloudflare has charged me a total of $315 after I canceled everything, and they keep trying to collect even more. Frankly, this is outrageous. The lack of response and accountability suggests a bigger issue, and I’m left wondering whether a class-action lawsuit might be the only way to compel them to address these billing practices. If anyone else has experienced this, it’s time to speak up. Why hasn’t there been a class action yet? Cloudflare, consider this a formal wake-up call.

I am spammed every day by casinos that are hosted on the cloudflare network. This is been going on for a month and I have contacted cloudflare explaining the situation and nothing is being done to stop these scammers. Clearly they are a host that have no interest in taking action against customers that are spammers and from the Trustpilot reviews that I see, it appears that These “casinos” are not paying out when people win either. Please cloudflare take this matter seriously. I have shared enough information with you to show beyond reasonable doubt that you are empowering spammers and scammer and as host, the onus is on you to cancel them Thank You

They harvest and sell data in the USA…
They harvest and sell data in the USA probably for the government but that aside apart from that they falsely flag my phone visiting many websites as a threat “for using a vpn for n a public WiFi for security reasons” they whoever don’t block their paying customers and clients from using a VPN “I have confirmation of this from one of their clients called world pay as their staff confirm that they can use a von just fine with world pay yet a paying customer “me” cannot use a von and is falsely accused of being a threat. If you use cloudflare or cloudflare dns know this “they spy on their customers and mass collect data and sell it” you can do your own research as I did to confirm this.
This is supposed to protect Websites…
This is supposed to protect Websites from attacks and hackers, but instead is blocking me as a client from most of the webshops while using ProtonVPN. Whats the point of having a "protection" service, which is paranoia with an established VPN provider? Based on the reviews, it shows what a miserable service they offer.
