Hello, I have never been disappointed by purchases at cdiscount. Large household appliances or small, always of good quality. I called customer service once because a top fridge arrived dented, due to delivery at a parcel relay point (I won't do that again), the person was great and pleasant and I got a voucher as compensation if I kept the product. So now I will only take home delivery (by carrier) as before because they take care of the parcels and are very pleasant.
Promise kept
I ordered a Lego Notre Dame de Paris on December 17th to do a family build for Christmas Eve, I was a little afraid of the short deadline. Finally the promise was kept, the package was delivered on the 21st. We had a very Merry Christmas. At the beginning of 2025, I would like to address a wish of great success to Cdiscount.

Hello everyone. Customer for a few years, and occasionally, I am satisfied with my orders which have always arrived well at their destination, once, I made a product return, which was well reimbursed and very quickly. From time to time you receive a credit that you have to activate, very nice. See you soon.
I ordered and received a drill without...
I ordered and received a cordless drill from the teeno brand, after 15 days, a drill bit got stuck in the chuck with the impossibility of extracting it. The seller gsunny offered to send me a chuck so that I could replace it myself. I don't agree since a defective product must be either refunded or replaced. I will have to buy another drill from a competitor site. Too bad I wanted to work with a French site, it's failed. Following Cdiscount's intervention, my drill has been replaced. Thank you.

When things go well, you also have to say it :) Going through some third-party sellers, I sometimes had bad experiences, but I must say that when CDiscount manages the sale it goes very well. I bought a superb OLED TV and an HDD for xBox (for my son's Christmas), the best prices on the net after long searches, very fast delivery, deadlines largely respected, top packaging and excellent customer service. Enough to have a Merry Christmas, Thank you 👍
Inefficient customer service and 4x payment problem
I have been a loyal Cdiscount customer for years, and I have always made my purchases in several installments, including my last order on June 29, 2024. Until now, I had encountered no problems, but since this order, it has become impossible for me to pay in 4 installments, despite several attempts. I have tried several times to pay for my purchases in this way, but it fails every time, although my payments have always been validated without any problem before. This problem persists, and it is becoming frankly frustrating. Moreover, customer service only makes the situation worse. When I contact Cdiscount, I systematically receive the same standardized answers, without any concrete solution or even real listening to my concerns. You really get the impression that the customer is treated like a mere cash cow, without real consideration for their needs or problems. There is no personalization in the answer, nor any effort to understand the specific situation of each customer. This lack of responsiveness and transparency is particularly disappointing, especially for a company of this size. Instead of providing solutions and meeting customer expectations, Cdiscount seems more concerned with its profits than with the satisfaction of its users. For me, this is unacceptable. I had always been satisfied until now, but today, I am really disappointed by the attitude of the customer service and the inability to solve such a simple problem. I sincerely hope that they will review their approach and offer better service to their customers.

I recently ordered a salad bowl from the brand "Bonne Graine"! I received a product that does not correspond at all to the one in the said photo! I have had a Samsung phone in repair for a month now after only 3 months of use! No more news... Cdiscount does not intervene effectively with the seller! Amazon is much more reliable !!!!!!!!!!
