Worthless cashback
Purchased a Braun Series 9 shaver from Coolblue. A few days later, I wanted to apply for the promised cashback. It turns out that in addition to the invoice, you also need to upload a photo of a barcode. The box is already in the recycling bin. No cashback. With Philips, the Coolblue invoice is sufficient. A worthless promotion from Braun/Proctor and Gamble.
Empty and damaged package arrived
Empty and damaged package arrived, I sent an email immediately with photos. The company replies that it will respond, then after a follow-up, after 35 days, it gives me this morning the contact details of two delivery drivers, as if they were not responsible! and by writing to us that the package could be returned within 14 days of receipt, so it's too late?! we are suing the company.
Braun series 3
The worst rubbish I have ever experienced! I bought a Braun series 3 machine, which couldn't even shave my beard. I could just keep running the machine over the hairs without anything happening, it ended up with three razor burns instead.
I was a fan of Braun and the epilators…
I was a fan of Braun and the epilators they made prior when i first discovered them. When cleaning, this piece breaks off of the spring. This is the second time i ordered one and the same thing happened. I don’t recommend this product to anyone due to its risk in duration and the warranty is only for a year and it broke after the year’s time from Dec. 2023 to know. The one prior broke the same way prior to a year being up.
Braun quality? That's history…
About 2.5 years ago, we gave our daughter a Braun hairdryer, price about 50 euros. Well, we thought Made in Germany simply had to be good. Past experiences certainly contributed to that. Wrong! After about 2.5 years, the hairdryer broke. One call to the Braun hotline with the aim of achieving something through goodwill. The phone call was over after a few minutes. Warranty has expired, repair by Braun not possible, goodwill rejected. So, now the Braun company is flying out of our household… razors, hairdryer, kitchen appliances, toothbrush. That's it with Braun. Then just goods from China… at least significantly cheaper, probably also better.
Series 9 razor product bought from a…
Series 9 razor product bought from a reseller, not from their website Broke down after a year, sent to customer service for motor replacement, problem still present Sent back to customer service 2 months later, this time they replaced the battery and the electrical circuit, no more problems since CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY GREAT
BRAUN shaver warranty repair refused
I had a BRAUN shaver purchased at a reduced price as an exhibit. Registered on the BRAUN internet platform, I was also granted a warranty extension. After about 3 months, the trimmer stopped working. Nevertheless, their licensed repairer refused a warranty repair, and the box was apparently returned to me unopened. A few years ago I already had a problem with an ORAL B toothbrush, which did not work even when opening the blister. Mail exchange back and forth - according to American business practices. Practically zero service. What has become of the good German company BRAUN ... Sad.
Defective razor grid
Defective razor grid, returned to the factory to be told that it was not included in the warranty! I had the choice of leaving the razor or changing the grid which costs almost the price of the razor. Return after a fairly long time. I would have preferred to be told at the time of purchase that the accessories were not included in the warranty.
Oral-B IO cannot travel
Buy an expensive IO toothbrush and then find out on a trip that it cannot be used with a travel adapter, because then the toothbrush simply does not charge. If you indicate that, they simply invoke the law that allows this & then they let you know that if I buy a toothbrush 3 times more expensive, I will get a discount & that toothbrush can handle travel adapters. This was the last time I bought anything from Braun/Oral-B, because this is pure deception and has nothing to do with customer friendliness. Goodbye Oral-B & welcome Philips!
DELIRIOUS SHIPPING TIME
Order placed on December 3, delivery scheduled for December 24. That says it all, the shipping time was just delirious, and customer service doesn't want to hear anything. Really catastrophic experience, I hope to be satisfied with the product.
