The search engine is an absolute joke
The search engine is an absolute joke. I'm trying to look up lab results. I type in "low iron with normal ferritin" and it keeps showing me "low ferritin" results. I've tried re-wording it 10 different ways, and all I found was frustration.
So I switched to Google and the first search shows me exactly what I asked for.

Slow, hopeless
It's like using a PC from the end of the 80's, searching for the simplest info, routinely takes forever, info can't be found, etc, etc, etc. (Nb. No issue with laptop and/ort connection, specific rationale why am not using my normal browser, on my laptop, for a few weeks)

there is no hope
there is no hope, they have worse customer support than Meta, and that's something to say.

It's practically useless
It's practically useless, except to make you watch a lot of advertising. For a few days it keeps communicating that "something went wrong" and invites you to contact customer support, which however is unreachable. As an AI it seems to me at the level of an amoeba

The 2 stars are for excellent sms…
The 2 stars are for excellent sms service which describes where the package is located. But! It is a huge shortcoming that Bing does not have the option of delivering my package, either by appointment via SMS, or like GLS with a QR code. I have now paid a lot extra for delivery to my address to avoid queuing at the parcel shop…….and now it's right there. Hence the lack of a better experience

The best browser I've used
The best browser I've used, more or less details in shopping and maps, but otherwise it's better than google, and it gives me rewards

Bad service
Incredibly long delivery time and incredibly impossible to get in touch with! The 'chatbot' does not answer questions, nor does it when I chat with a person from customer service. A phone call with a person from customer service is even more impossible..

Bing is the absolute worst garbage
Bing is the absolute worst garbage! You can't find anything, the search results are completely useless! No comparison to Google. This junk is useless to anyone and I find it disastrous that you can hardly remove such useless crap from your computer. I still want to decide for myself what I use and what not.

Company and private address and outdated telephone number entered without consent
Address data from my company was published without my consent - with an outdated telephone number - and, moreover, the business was described as closed. Since the address information is also a private address, I asked for it to be deleted more than 10 days ago at three contact addresses of Bing Places. Nothing has happened yet. Now I have officially filed a complaint with Microsoft with a deadline. If that doesn't help, I'll report the case to the data protection authorities.
