Amazon offers a huge selection of products and excellent customer service. I especially appreciate the fast delivery and the ability to find almost everything you need in one place. The user interface of the website and the app is simple and intuitive, which makes shopping enjoyable…. However, there are occasional problems with product availability and prices, which can fluctuate. Also, the numerous offers and discounts are sometimes difficult to understand. Another minor criticism is that customer service is rarely difficult to reach, especially with more complex inquiries, it can take a while to find what you're looking for. Despite these minor flaws, Amazon remains one of the best and most reliable platforms for online shopping to this day, where else can you get almost everything in one place? :D

Sadly Amazon are now using Evri for deliveries so sadly we no longer get things next day but are back in no man's land not having a clue when our order will Arrive. Placed an order last week still not arrived, the app says might arrive sometime next week absolutely useless as Evri always are. This is something we needed a quick delivery on and we left hanging on.

I canceled the PRIME subscription as they charged me two monthly fees in the same month and did not resolve the issue. Worse... They sent the charge to the credit card (UNIVERSO) which, despite my complaint, accepted the debit. Even after several complaints and UNIVERSO having informed me that the subscription was not active, they just charged me another monthly fee. A shame, or incompetence or... swindle!
Lately not very precise in deliveries...
I don't buy much from them, but so far I've been happy. In the last year, however, I have noticed that in about 50% of cases they do not respect the delivery dates associated with the various products when they are ordered. Often the packages arrived earlier than expected, a couple of times late. Especially in the first case it is annoying, because one organizes to be at home, and then has to waste time to deal with an unexpected delivery...
Late delivering always late
Late delivering always late. Drivers who can't read and follow instructions. They don't read instructions when loading to deliver they don't read instructions when they reach their destinations. And their driving skills are something else. I'm surprised anything gets delivered. I think a serious phone call to the CEO ANDY JASSY in the very near future might be on the cards. Especially if things don't improve.
no item, no refund, Amazon won't reimburse.
Item damaged in shipping, it was scanned back into their warehouse. 2 months later no refund. Customer service supervisor hung up on me. They are keeping my money. I have no product or reimbursement. They hire people who you can't understand, who have dogs barking in the background during phone calls. I am a victim of EXTORTION, Pitiful in MY America!
Paid for amazon prime for 24hrs delivery of goods, since 2024 is yet to be received in 2025
Paid for amazon prime, which has 24-hour delivery as a feature (why I subscribed actually). Yet goods ordered since 30th December 2024 are yet to be delivered as of today 5th January 2025. This is really poor service delivery and money thrown down the drain. So pathetic and there is no access to real customer service other than some random robot stuff.
Poor return experience
Amazon gives lots of different ways to return an item. I recently returned an item through Asda and was not given a receipt. The item appears to have been lost by Asda and so have to wait 14 days for a refund. It would be helpful if Amazon only used companies for returns who actually give a receipt or proof of return. At least then, if a returned item is lost, it's clearly not the fault of the customer. Without a receipt, the customer has no proof that they actually returned the item. I should not have to wait 14 days for a refund because Asda appears to have lost a returned item.

Amazon prime video is the very last thing a movie lover needs. My brother-in-law invited me to watch a movie with him on Amazon Prime. Since the film did not cost any further fees, advertising was pointed out. So far so good. It borders on abnormality that you have to endure these crazy and always the same advertisements. But the fact that the film continues to run during the commercials and thus many parts are lost to the viewer is an absolute cheek, as films are thus robbed of all content. Here you can only say: Fingers off Amazon Prime's video offers. Either expensive or completely devoid of experience due to many missing sequences.

Horrible customer service to fix an OTP SMS issue. For years I used my mobile for OTP without issues and suddenly it doesn’t work anymore. No way to fix this problem after 2 calls to customer service and 1 hr lost on useless discussions. Incredible as a giant company as Amazon is not able to support their customers.
