Is it Fraud?
Ordered item on the 2nd of January and had to pay an extra £2.99 for next day delivery even though I am a Prime member. Item did not arrive and have now been told the 8th of January. No explanation about the £2.99 being refunded. I genuinely feel they are defrauding customers by taking money under false pretences on orders they know they can't fulfil.
Amazon delivery drivers lie to get out of delivering
I ordered a blender that required a delivery password due to its cost. We waited all day and could even see the driver at the top of the road on the app. I went out to meet them but saw no sign. Meanwhile my wife got a message to say 'not able to deliver as pass number not available'. IF THERE IS ONE THING I CANNOT STAND IT IS A LIAR. The delivery driver driver clearly could not see the address in the darkness, made no effort to find it and drove off. The claim there was no pass number was an outright lie. Absolute garbage. Use John Lewis especially if you want any hope of getting your money back.

I worked with Mark Smith on the publication of my first book with Amazon. It was a great pleasure working with Mark. He is very competent and wants to make everything perfect, - from editing, formatting, choice of paper, marketing, etc. Just a few days ago, I received the first 25 copies of my first book published by Amazon. I and my friends were very happy to see the first class front and back cover, and everything else. - i am looking forward to working with Mark on my second book. Ulrich Brugger.
Service?
Incorrect delivery date. Booked Prime specifically for the faster delivery date shown for the netbook. Wanted to clarify this in the chat. Had to download the Amazon app for that. Couldn't find a chat there. Good customer service at amazon only when something is mainstream. As a result, I rediscovered ebay after a long time. First-class communication options, which makes a lot of things easier.

their chatbot is absolutely useless ... On the other hand, relatively satisfied if they need their telephone advisor service, often listening patiently and only hanging up when a solution is found. Easy to use site, practical and rather correct prices.
Rufus forced in Amazon App
Now Amazon is bothering me in the app with Rufus and that's worse than cookie banners!! My God!! From now on I only buy from ebay! Impudence to bother people like that, the inventor should be sued. One star is luxury, minus 5 would be appropriate!

I have always ordered on amazon I can define myself as an almost fixed customer. recently I bought a game and a shoe rack the game arrived within 3 working days, the shoe rack was never delivered to me and despite this the delivery was closed delivered chatting with customer service I discovered that the package was delivered to another person with another address, they carried out the refund procedure for my money, but no compensation or a gift voucher for the damage and the poor service, which is a must on the part of amazon given that they only give the option of advance payment to a current account honestly I think this attitude is unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers who invest on this site I'm sorry but I vote this time equal to 0 !!!!
