SCAM! I stupidly ordered Gucci Addidas gold shoes from an Ad on Instagram nearly two months ago. "Jane" in customer service referred me to a tracking link and, what ya know? They are still in freaking China! How can I report them as a scam to Instagram?

AKAMODA on Instagram is selling FAKE ADIDAS SNEAKERS
I bought a pair of sneakers Adidas/Gucci on Instagram on AKAMODA platform. I have been very naive and paid 165 euros. I received these shoes this morning, they are 100% fake, stink bad plastic, no leather at all. The parcel arrived from China directly... after 1 month. Instagram should forbid this kind of company to sell on Instagram. This is a scandal. This is my last ever purchase on Instagram. I feel so stupid.

Tried to refuse a refund and quoted a refund policy not on their website. Then they require $80.00 shipping fee to return an item to IRELAND, plus deduct original shipping fee. Quality not as depicted in photo, not convinced product is real. Horrible experience, doubtful I will get money back and would never have bought if they were transparent about. much of what I discovered about the lack of ease of returning items.

This company is a SCAM! Jane (customer service) claimed that my order was handed to the delivery company on 2 Jan and they could not cancel it.... Fast forward to 10 Feb 2024, and of course I never received the shoes and never got an answer to my request for immediate reimbursement. They owe me €146,95 EUR.

Brutta esperienza, e un sito fake ! Ho pagato mi hanno mandato la mail di conferma , il codice dell tracciamento - impossibile di avere accesso ( non si trova niente con quell codice ) e tra l’altro avevo pagato la consegna veloce!
Better stay away
Took 1 month to even attempt delivery and then, when they did, they didn't follow the instructions given and left the parcel in a pick up point 3 km away from my home! I had to report them to my credit card issuer for fraud as their customer service refused to do anything about it and take responsibility.
Dreadful company
Dreadful company. Items which arrived were not as pictured. They have refused to pay for the return which is back to Ireland. They also cheated customs by putting the wrong value on the item. They charged me £130 and put down on customs the value is £28. They want me to return this but I can’t lie about it’s value as it’s illegal so will have to pay more to return it and be out of pocket when really the items are mid-sold as not as shown in the picture. The CS person Jane is dreadful. She has refused my right to speak with a manager and said it’s her right to speak with me. Don’t use this company and hopefully a senior manager will pick this up and call me about my concern. I will do a charge back on the postage and I hope they have to pay extra for the charge back as it’s very small minded of the CS person to not help me properly.
